Roof Racks 101: Maximize Your Vehicle's Storage
Roof racks are an excellent way to add cargo capacity to your vehicle and help you take the items that might not fit inside. From road trips to outdoor adventures or simply needing some room, roof racks provide a flexible way of bringing along anything from luggage to sports equipment.
Some of the roof racks one can consider include the roof box, crossbar, and specialized carriers for bikes, kayaks, or skis. What one goes for depends on what you plan to carry and the specifications of your model.

Tips for Installing a Roof Rack
Installing a roof rack is generally easy. Most roof racks attach to existing roof rails; some clamp onto the roof directly. After installation, be sure to check that all bolts and clamps are tight and that the rack is secure.
When loading, of course, make sure you distribute the load equally and tie all the items with either straps or ropes so they don't move while you're driving.
